What happens if I order something and I don’t like it?
This happens very rarely. What we do is give you a guarantee that what you ordered is what you will get. If the colour is off, or the sizing is different, or the hair direction is not what you. In terms of styling, the style can be changed, even highlites and lowlites can be added. So it is important to understand that this is something very flexible.

Are wigs and hair systems hot?
Some can be, but the ones that we design have this specifically in mind. They are lightweight and being hand made are very breathable.

Do you buy hair?
No, the hair we use is prepared by professional hair merchants in Europe. We know of no one that buys hair in Canada.

What will people at work say?
Usually, people at work never even notice. However, if the hair loss is so severe that they can’t not notice, then we have found that as long as it looks good, it is a positive. It’s just like a suit or dress or any other accessory. And especially if there is a recognized need for it.

Will it fly off?
No. If it is properly fitted it will not fly off during regular wear. Depending on the attachment method and type of hair you should ask about swimming etc.

Do they itch?
About 2 or 3 percent of our clients complain that a cap itches. This is usually in the synthetic full cap wigs. We solve this problem quite easily by sewing in a satin lining. This takes care of the problem immediately.

Are they difficult to take care of?
Not at all. No matter what design you choose we will make sure that you are trained in how to make sure it always looks great. We also have maintenance programs if you want us to handle that stuff.

What is Laser Hair Retention?

Have the benefits of Laser Hair Retention been scientifically measured?

Yes! A double-blind placebo-controlled study was conducted to evaluate the effect of laser light retention by comparing it with a placebo laser. The results:

  • All individuals with the exception of one in the laser-treated group showed a complete stop of hair loss
  • 85% showed a clear regrowth of hair with a reduction of at least one category in the Norwood Classification
  • 82% showed an increase in hair thickness and all showed improvement in the general hair shaft quality
  • The present double-blind study confirmed by histological examination, revealed that regrowth of new hairs can be achieved in most middle-age and younger males with typical male pattern baldness and women suffering from thinning hair or experiencing hair loss.
