Dear Diary,

I really do believe that the most difficult part of taking care of a client’s concerns is having the client actually come forward and allow me to help. Hair is very personal (and expensive) so I want to get it right. But there are occasions that a client will not tell me about a problem, thinking it better to suffer in silence (or suffer on the internet). Well, that doesn’t do any good.

That’s why I love hearing from clients when we are able to put something together that works the way we want it to. Many times, especially with a person that has not worn hair before, the process can be overwhelming. And it is unexplored territory getting the look you want. I am so pleased she is so happy.
