I just wanted to send you and your team a quick note to say thank you. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all of your help. Purchasing wigs used to be so traumatic for me, and since coming to see you at your store/salon I have never felt so comfortable. Now buying a wig is not a terrible thing; I actually get excited to see how my hair will look once it comes in. Your stylist always does such a wonderful job on my hair; when she did my hair for the wedding I was a bridesmaid in, I honestly never thought my wig could look so stylish and beautiful—even the hairdresser who was styling the bride’s hair commented on how beautiful the style was. She was shocked when I told her it is a wig.

You definitely go above and beyond the call of duty (not only with me, but with all of your clients that I have seen come in to meet with you) to make sure we all feel at ease and that we leave with more than just a full head of hair—you help us to feel confident about our new looks and we always have a smile when we leave.

I am truly a happier person from my purchases and my experience with your store/salon.
