My daughter has alopecia
Dear Diary,
Here is a letter from a wonderful mother…
Dear Michael:
I would like to take a moment to say thank you. My daughter, a young professional at this point, has been experiencing degrees of alopecia for the last 10 years. She has been brave and stoic but as gals we all know our hair says a lot about us at first glance. She has had “lots” of wigs, from natural to micro fibre, expensive to less expensive. The highlight of our recent trip to Toronto was the short time spent with you and your staff.
Compassionate, knowledgeable and professional…She felt respected and understood. We did not come in search of 2 wigs but left elated at the possibility of 2 different looks. Now cut and coloured to her choices and personality, she stands taller, smiles brighter.
Michael to you and your staff, thank you. This experience was not only about the quality and fit of the wigs, but about you and your approach.
Our thanks but especially from me as a Mom!
