Thanks so much to you and Cora-Lee for being so wonderful with S. B. yesterday afternoon. She went to Continental Hair thinking that this could be another letdown. She was delighted to be leaving with such a lovely piece of hair. As you know, treatment for alopecia areata is difficult, and we have found no success so far. With the hair you were able to provide, she can feel normal again. If her condition worsens, we will certainly have you make her a bigger hairpiece or wig.

It was very reinforcing to meet other young women with the same or more hair loss, going about their daily lives with confidence. The two ladies who were in your building when we were there helped S. B. see that she was not alone.
