Cry if You Need to

I just had a consultation here at our Sunnybrook location, and among the two women who came in, one of them was looking for a wig, since she was soon to go through chemotherapy. She started to tear up and said to me, “Sorry if I start crying.” I asked her, “What are you sorry for? Cry if you need to. You’re allowed to cry here.” She smiled and cried somemore. We may not be able to solve your problems, but we do try to be as understanding as we can for what you may be going through. So just a heads up to any of our existing and future clients who sit in our salon either our Sunnybrook or Avenue road location, cry if you need to. We’ve got plenty of kleenex.
