Michael,

I just wanted to say that Jacquie, Seven, Coraly and yourself, are truly a sensational group of people.

When clients come in it is usually for some sort of illness or condition they are going through that has changed their life dramatically. What you all bring is a sense of comfort and that we can get through this traumatic time.

In my case, I have been wearing a prosthesis for over 20 years and let me tell you, other than the drive there I actually love coming in. I really don’t want to leave sometimes as the conversation is so much fun that it takes your mind away from the reason your are even there.

I am sure you get notes like this a lot and if you don’t, thean I should have a little chat with your clients and let them know that things will get better and they are in the most capable hands in the GTA.
